I had an amazing three-night stay at the Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel Valley, perfectly located in the heart of Old Town. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Justin who went out of his way to make my birthday special with a beautifully arranged room and a cake. The only downside was that the hotel is a bit hidden, but it wasn't tough to find. I already can't wait to come back!

The room was very clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day of exploring. The only downside might be the breakfast, which, while decent, was at a sister hotel across the street, requiring a quick walk. Overall, I’d rate my experience a solid 10/10; this place is definitely worth recommending!

The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Old Town, making it super convenient to explore.
